Welcome to Shiel Developments. We are residential and commercial builders and property developers based in Northamptonshire. We have an enormous amount of experience in building, renovating and re-fitting private homes, apartments, offices, schools and colleges, golf clubs, leisure complexes, warehouses, utility companies and railway works.
Our philosophy is all about embracing modern building technologies to create homes and offices that are energy efficient, economical to run and maintain and, above all, environmentally friendly. On every single project, we take a hands-on role, helping to develop ideas, looking at the form of the building and the flow of the layout, and using green technologies to maximise the building’s fuel efficiency.
In addition, we are experts at resourcing innovative products to use within the building, including stylish lighting, heating, cooling and air conditioning systems, as well as furniture and a wide range of flooring.
All of our workforce are clean and tidy, ensuring that your home or workplace is respected at all times. In addition, all of our staff are CRB checked and hold current CSCS cards. We have an unblemished health and safety record and are NICEIC registered.
